Due to recent updates, all users are required to create an Altair One account to login to the RapidMiner community. Click the Register button to create your account using the same email that you have previously used to login to the RapidMiner community. This will ensure that any previously created content will be synced to your Altair One account. Once you login, you will be asked to provide a username that identifies you to other Community users. Email Notifications



Vanilla handles the implementation of custom text for invitation or welcome emails. Just provide this to your CSM, Shauna, either formatted in Word, or with HTML, and I will handle the proper implementation. Please refer to the Manual attached to this discussion for details.

You are responsible for the HTML styling set up, and the outgoing email information.


SPF Records



Also, know that our emails are sent via a 3rd party transactional email service that employs a full time postmaster and ensures that their sending IP addresses are always in good standing with ISPs. If notifications are not getting through your corporate email server, add "include:sendgrid.net" to the domain SPF record.
